CAMBRIDGE TALKING NEWS
makes and sends out weekly audio recordings of local news and interest to visually impaired people in and around the Cambridge area.
There is no charge for this service
Set up in 1974, Cambridge Talking News is a charity which provides weekly news and information recordings for blind and partially sighted people. The recordings are distributed free of charge and Cambridge Talking News is a completely voluntary organisation, financed only by donations.
If you would like to receive a weekly recording or know anybody who would, please contact Sue Richards on 01223 353296.
We are always looking for more volunteers to help in the presentation of the recordings and/or copying and general background work, so, if you are interested, please contact us on the same number.
